About the ingredients

Fish oil is oil taken from oily fish. It contains the omega-3 fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid).

Vitamin D3 is also called cholecalciferol, one of the two main forms of vitamin D.

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is a shrub in the nightshade family, grown in India, the Middle East and parts of Africa. The root is the part most commonly used.
