About the ingredients

Milk thistle (Silybum marianum) is a flowering plant in the daisy family, native to the Mediterranean. Silymarin is a group of plant compounds taken from its seeds; "80% silymarin" means 80% of the extract by weight is silymarin.

N-acetyl cysteine is a form of the amino acid cysteine with an acetyl group attached.

Saw palmetto (Serenoa repens) is a small palm native to the south-eastern United States.

Grape seed extract is made from the seeds of grapes (Vitis vinifera). Proanthocyanidins are a group of polyphenols found in the seeds.
