About the ingredients

Rhaponticum carthamoides (Russian leuzea, also called maral root) is a perennial plant in the daisy family, native to the mountains of southern Siberia and Central Asia. This extract is standardised for 20-hydroxyecdysterone, an ecdysteroid compound found in the plant.

Rhodiola rosea is a flowering plant that grows in cold, mountainous regions of Europe, Asia and North America. The figures 3% salidrosides and 1% rosavins describe the standardised content of these naturally occurring plant compounds in the extract.

Boron glycinate is the trace mineral boron bound to glycine, an amino acid.

Pullulan is a polysaccharide made by fermentation and is used here to form the capsule shell.
