About the ingredients

Phosphatidic acid is a phospholipid, a type of fat molecule made up of a glycerol backbone, two fatty acids and a phosphate group.

Beta ecdysterone (also called 20-hydroxyecdysone) is a naturally occurring compound found in a number of plants, including spinach and quinoa.

Lepidium meyenii is the Latin name for maca, a plant in the cabbage family that grows at high altitude in the Andes of Peru. Its root is the part traditionally used as a food.
